Consent Manager is coming with a set of capabilities. To get an overview of the capabilities and see which roles they are assigned to go to Site Administration > Users > Permissions > Capability overview

Important: Changing permissions can have serious effects on how Consent Manager works. You should only adjust capabilities if you are familiar with Moodle’s permission system and understand the impact of these changes.

Capabilities

  • Add new external services: filter/consentmanager:addservice

  • Manage external services: filter/consentmanager:manageservices

  • View all external services: filter/consentmanager:viewallservices

  • View blocked external content without consent: filter/consentmanager:viewblockedcontent
