Global table of contents settings in Content Designer

Configure default behavior of the table of contents in new Content Designer activities from site administration (Pro only)

Overview

You can configure global defaults for the table of contents (TOC) in Site administration > Plugins > Activity modules > Content Designer > Table of contents. These settings apply only to new Content Designer activities and are not retroactively applied to existing ones.


Available settings

  • Intro text – Define an introductory message that appears above the table of contents.

  • Call to action – Enable a dynamic button (Start now, Resume, or Review) based on user progress.

  • Sticky table of contents – Choose whether the TOC should stick to the top of the screen during scrolling.

  • Chapter titles in sticky state – Control the visibility of chapter titles when the TOC is sticky.

  • Activity title in sticky state – Control the visibility of the activity title in the sticky TOC.
