When you select the Designer format in a course, additional course background settings become available in the course settings. These options let you define the visual background of the course with a color or an image.

Available settings

  • Course background image

    Upload an image using the file picker or by dragging and dropping it into the upload area.

  • Course background color

    Choose a color with the color picker or enter a hex code to set a solid background.

  • Transparent course

    Sets background color of container elements within the course to transparent. This makes elements to appear floating on top of the background.

Note: If you set both a background image and a background color, the image will appear on top of the color.
